Identifying a Mk2 vs MK2S
I recently got a (very used and not working) Prusa i3 from a friend with an included unopened MK2.5 upgrade kit, but he didn't remember if it was a MK2 or MK2S. The firmware is 3.2.3 and the info screen on the display says MK2. The bed also says MK2, but from what I can tell, it's the same bed for the MK2 and MK2S. How do I tell the difference visually?

Just check the MK2 -> MK2S upgrade manual: https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/1.+Y-carriage+drilling/323?lang=en
If you have metal u-shaped bolts, then you have MK2S.
