How to upgrade Firmware?
There used to be a firmware tool - that seems to have disappeared. I am using the Slicer software - Flash update.
But, it always fails - does printer power need to be on or off? I've tried it both ways but it still doesn't work.
Is there a step-by-step process for updating the firmware somewhere? Also, what software is actually working with this printer. I've downloaded the updates but old software is not removed during this process - what needs to be retained?
