Help replacing PTFE tubing on Hot End Nozzle

So my filament went cold and got stuck within the hot end... After trying to pull it out from the top, the filament ripped. I tried cutting the PTFE top end but ended up yanking the whole white PTFE tube out of the hot end... Can I just replace the PTFE tube ? Or do I need a new hot end ? (btw you guys are out of stock on it, let me know if I can get it from someone else). If I can replace the PTFE, let me know what dimensions are appropriate (ID 3mm?).
