Heated bed punkin' out
I have a Mk2 upgraded to a Mk2S. I recently did a PID calibration and the heated bed would not go beyond 89 degrees C. It sat at 89 degrees for over an hour. I've checked all electrical connection to be certain all were solid. 😮

i your ambient temperature is low, the heatbed may struggle...
check the 12 volt rail on the power-supply, if it is below 12volts use the potentiometer on the edge of the power-supply board, under the black plastic cover, to raise the voltage
if the voltage is at or above 12 volts you may wish to raise the voltage a little, to enable more power to the heatbed.
alternatively you may consider putting cork tile or other heat retaining material, under the heatbed to reduce heatloss.

Rather than trying to increase the bed temp, I would be looking for any problems that may exist.
This bed is more than capable of going hotter; it it cannot, then it's quite likely you have a "high resistance" joint or bad cable somewhere.
Check the connector on the RAMBo. This is know to burn out when not seated properly. Also check (or maybe replace) the cable from the bed to the RAMBo. The cable is known to stress fracture after a period of use.
