Failed Print G-code Help Requested!

I was 11 hours into a 26 hour print last night when I decided to go to sleep and mistakenly flipped the light switch that controls the outlet my 3D printer is plugged into. In retrospect, plugging it in there was not the best idea. So then I proceeded to research ways to edit the g-code and print from where the printer left off. I used Slic3r to make the original g-code and when I search for the height that my print is at, it looks something like this:

G1 Z49.700 F10800.000
G1 X180.415 Y30.402
G1 Z49.100

Can anyone explain this logic to me? What is the difference between the first Z and the second Z and which one should I be searching for? I appreciate any help anyone can give!

The first Z is the travel height as the nozzle positions itself at the layer start point. The second Z is the layer print level.
