Can't access menu?
Very new to 3d printing, I'm running off facemasks with an i3 mk2. All was going well for a day, then started to have a problem with sample not sticking to the bed. Did an xyz calibration, got the z to the top, went to click on yes to say it was there, no response. Powered it off, now comes up with screen showing temps etc. Clicking the button does nothing. turning the wheel will eventually move the 100% up or down. Sorry for the long post but thinking it's stuck in a strange mode? Tried the reset instructions, this didn't work for me either. Any help appreciated!

Sorted, seems to be a problem with the button on the panel, just needs an extra hard press to make contact....
