Broken extruder cables - Need a replacement
Hi. I am a 6th grade teacher, and I just got my first Prusa Printer for my class though a grant... Unfortunately, while a student was helping to put it together, he accidentally broke the extruder cables. I have an MK2S. How can I get a replacement part?

Contact Prusa (this is a user site - Prusa isn't listening here).
Log into the store, on the order page there is a CHAT window in the lower right: open it up and explain the issue to the on-line tech. Prusa may or may not replace the broken part, but that's what I'd try first. At the least, they can explain what you'll need to order.

where are you located Jennifer?
for a mk2S you would require a replacement 12 volt 40 watt heater
