Belt rubbing and causing x axis issues

Hi, my belt is rubbing. You can see the black particulate from where it has rubbed. I have rearraged some things to fix it to some degree, but it is still rubbing some. I have pictures here and can take more if needed. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

Turns out my pulley was backwards... Hopefully this can help someone else.
