Bed Thermistor

Does anyone know which bed thermistor is used by PRUSA and can it be ordered via amazon? I think I have now had a second one die and I want to order a bulk quantity. Links would be most helpful.

thermistor beads don't normally die, but wires are prone to break,

check for continuity, and if wire is faulty, parch it out, with joints under the bed and inside the einsy box

Yes I understand I can trouble shoot the wire. Considering I just replaced it on 18-APR-2018, it seems odd to have the wires break that quickly. And I have not done a great amount of printing. I would rather spend my time replacing, verses fixing a wire. I was looking for alternative site to order replacements as the shipping from Prusa can get a little pricey for small items.

Also, what gauge wire should I use if I do decide to just replace the wiring for the thermistor?

Hi David,
My eyes are not as good as they used to be

it looks like the original is 26AWG...

I would use 24AWG, flexible silicone wire myself.

it's got 33% more conductors and is easier to handle than 26G
