A piece from PEI is gone. Do I need to replace the sheet?

A very stubborn part (printed in HDGlass, which is based on PETG) took away with it a small piece from heatbeed's PEI sheet. The piece missing is small (6 x 8mm).

It doesn't bother me how it looks on the printed parts.

Should I replace the PEI sheet? If yes, how quick should I act? ...or can I continue printing?

As a temporary measure, you could fill the hole with glue stick, but you certainly don't want to be printing directly onto the heater elements.
