what kind of abs?

i have a part i am trying to get to market and i need it to be very heat resistant - at least 200 degrees f or more. the original is very thin walled. i had to make the walls thicker so the part would not melt once the heat source was used on it. are there different kinds of abs to use or another material, so i dont have to anneal it? the part in the vid is very thick and not what i want the final part to be.

i have tried htpla from makergeeks, but the annealing attempts destroys the part everytime.

Polycarbonate? Nylon? Nylon-CF? more $$ though. Ultem up to 300c but you can't print that on mk2,3

up to 160c or so...
