TPU filament not loading

Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to the I3 MK2 (and printing in general), but when using PLA for my first prints, I did not struggle to load the filament. Now, with a TPU filament, I just can't seem to get anywhere! The filament seemingly loads for a bit but then gets stuck (?) as there is definitely nothing coming out when I try to print something...

I use the 'load filament' feature of the printer, and the gear of the motor that pushes the filament through just jerks on the spot. It doesn't actually rotate properly.

And if I try to unload the filament, it pretends to pull it out for 2 seconds, then stops...

Any suggestions?

TPU filament from SUNLU, using 230deg for the extruder temperature.

Re: TPU filament not loading

Filament loading is far to fast for TPU and it gets stuck at the toothed gear.
Use the move axis function instead.
Some 20-25mm per second will be the maximum extrusion speed possible....
And... the tenson on the screws needs to be VERY low, just so that the filement just get gripped and no more.
