Hi guys...  I'm trying to find the latest Simplify3d profiles from alexander-s27 but I haven't been able to find them...  in the messages he states that are attached, but I cannot find any attachment or link to download from..  I really need to get help with printing with PET-G and his profile should be very useful.

Here is my latest S3D profile.

But be aware, I shortly thereafter switched to Slic3rPE for S3Ds remarkable Update-Pricing beaviour.

Maybe it is helpful for you, though...

I neither can modify my last post nor is the uploaded file to be found anywhere....

Seems there are to be made some adjustments to that new forum....

Seems there still is alot work to be done to this new forum and its settings......

Extrusion Multiplier it's set to 0.95 instead of 1.0

Is that correct? Why is this?

I think the profile it's not correct for ABS

Please see suggested change

Heated bed: First Layer: 100º, Rest of Layers: 110º

Yes, it is intended (0.95 for MK3 and 1.0 for MK2/2.5), to prevent overextrusion. MK2 FW is using 5% lower value for steps per mm for extruder (the same applies to MK2.5 to achieve backwards compatibility with MK2).

100C bed temperature for ABS should be fine for most of the cases, but we can change it to 110C, as you are suggesting.  Thanks.

HELP!  I am using the S3D profiles, but S3D does not want to set the temperature in the extruder.  It does set the correct temperature for the bed.  I have the temperature set correctly and the stabilize temperature check box is checked, but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Just wait. Hotend temperature is set later, when the bed is ready/preheated.

Nope.  It starts printing as soon as the bed is at temperature.  The printer won't extrude because the extruder isn't heated up.  Here is the beginning gcode (I'm printing PETG):
