My heated bed is deffective

During a long print, my printer jumped on the Y-axis. After stopping the print, I've observed that the bed cannot go more than 80C after a very long time (~30min.). I suspected the thermistor, but is ok. Then I measured the bed heat element resistance and is ~1ohm. After some more tests, it seems that the bed is not uniformly heated. I did some pictures with my Flir One Pro thermal camera and this is what I get (bed set at 50C in the Printer interface). It seems that a big area from the bed is not heated.

What can I do? Is this bed available as a spare part, as it seems to be defective?

Thank you.
Dan

talk to prusa chat on the shop page. chat can also open your account to more available parts. the head bed is about 85$ to replace on there website with parts access.

Check the connector and the cable. Something might be partially broken.

The rest of the bed is heated as expected, jost the red area is coulder, so it cannot be the connector.

Doesn't sound to me like "working as expected".
But if you've checked already both things, then I would suggest to contact Prusa Support Chat.

It is, as the bed temperature was set to 50 deg in the picture above. The resistance of the heating element is ~1ohm.

1 ohm is perfectly fine. Again, if you just have an issue with uneven heating, contact Prusa Support. There is nothing we can do or suggest here to fix it.
