Inconsistent Print Quality - ideas?
hello,
I'm printing a few small parts trays and 4/5 seem to be printing fine. However, one seems to be having adhesion issues. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
There is also seems to be an inconsistent clicking noise coming from something within the extruder assembly.

Maybe start the first layer at 215 with the bed at 60 and slow it down to 40% of normal print speed will help. Do you raise PINDA to 100mm z height before you kick off the print, and have you let the printer cool to room temperature first?
