Extruder intermittently extruding
The extrusion on my Prusa i3 mk2 is very intermittent. For example, half way through a print and the filament will stop extruding with the filament feeder gear just clicking.
Has anyone else experienced this and has any one got a solution?
I have tried raising the temperature on the hot end and loading the filament to clear any potential blockages. This tends to work for the start of a print but then as mentioned it can stop working half way through a print.

I have been speaking with support and they were very helpful. We did a few manual extrusions etc. However after an hour trouble shooting I set the whistle supplied in the SD card to print, after about 20% the clicking started again and no filaments was being extruded 🙁
The first layer and subsequent 19% of printing looked perfect however it just then failed for no apparent reason??
Can anyone help?
