Hey everyone.

I just finished assembling my printer yesterday. All of the tests and calibrations run fine except the XYZ calibration.
I get the "XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual." error.

I triple checked that everything is square.
The "Z" frame is spaced correctly from the rear, 101mm.
As far as I can tell the bed is flat.
I raised and lowered the Pinda probe to no effect.
The Pinda probe lines up to the spots when doing the mesh bed leveling.
I've tighten and loosen both X & Y Belts.
Updated to the latest firmware.

Not sure where to go from here.

i had also 100.00mm / 100.10mm and still it told me that i am servery skewed. So maybe in your case it does not find the 4th point because, even you followed the instructions, the heated bed is not perpendicular.
All 4 corner parts i got had different dimensions, so i guess that is one reason i didn't get it perpendicular the other one is in front of the printer ;-).
The solution was to get a 90° corner tool. Place it on one side directly on one line and push the heated bed gently (while printer is off) until it touches the x-rods. Then to place the SAME tool on the other side and eyeball/measure to get the distance without moving the heated bed.
In my case the difference was around 1.8mm and so i changed my time-spending 100mm distances measurements to 101.80mm and 100.10mm.
En voilá: I got the congratulations message after the xyz-calibration.
Another problem could be that your PINDA is too high just for that one point.
Or even worse the heated bed has an issue.

I checked the bed and as you suggested. it was about 1mm off on one side. I adjusted for that. Also based on another suggestion I read, I re-orientated the head of the zip ties holding the bed platform to the bearings, and moved them to below the platform just in case they were deforming the bed.

Still getting the same error.

Where exactly does the calibrations stops?
if i remember right:
1st mid left point
2nd front mid point
3rd mid right point
4th back mid point

then it is looking for front-left, front-mid, front-right, mid-right, mid-mid, mid-left, back-left, back-mid, back-right.

Did you checked if your bed if strange off on one side or another? Can happen if the Z-frame is not touching the 10mm rods correctly.

It is stopping after the fourth point.
From what I could find I believe it means that the calibration points were found in positions far from where it is expected.
My next step is going to be to disassemble and reassemble the head and x axis. Maybe something is out of wack there.

This usually means one of the two things:
Either the nozzle was pushing the bed away from the PINDA probe, or
one of the belt pulleys (at the X or Y axis) is slipping.

In the first case, you need to lower the induction probe. Also you should keep a sheet of paper under the nozzle during the 1st phase (the 1st four points) to check whether the nozzle is dragging the paper sheet. It never should during the XYZ calibration.
