Hi, During assembly I inadvertently detached a wire
do you think it is possible to repair it or is it possible to replace only the broken piece?

sorry but that connection cannot be repaired. That is the heater cartridge which happily can be replaced. Available on Prusa eshop and also from E3D. Make sure you get the right one for your printer Mk2/S uses 12V 40W, Mk3 uses 24V.

Personally, I would stick with original E3D parts; you know they will fit and are relatively safe to use.
