Prusa mk2 mesh bed leveling issues

So I recently bought a mk2 that was pretty abused before I got it.  It had a burnt motherboard and pretty much all the plastic parts were broken.  I followed CNC kitchens guide on YouTube to revive the printer with a duet 3 mini and it seems to be working for the most part.  The only issue I am having is that even with mesh bed leveling the back right corner of the bed is too close to the nozzle.  I’ve tried everything I could think of and I’m wondering if there is a mechanical issue with the printer causing it what should I be looking for that would cause one corner to not take the mesh correctly but the rest of the bed be fine?  Twisted frame? Bent rod?

Hard to tell

I would post some pictures.  It could be one of these, a combination, or even all of the items you listed.  I would post images.

Based on experience, it is probably mechanical.  Bent beds are rare.
