Problems with the Z axis after printer move

Hello
I have an original Prusa i3 MK2. I have the printer delivered ready assembled. The printer has always worked brilliantly. But when I moved it locally, of course in its original box, and then wanted to put it into operation after successfully calibrating it at the new location, I suddenly did not make a first layer. It looks like the nozzle is too high above the table. The filament does not adhere and is dragged by the nozzle. Even with the Live Z correction, I do not put up a decent first layer anymore. The instructions say that if you need to correct more than 1mm, something is wrong.
I do not understand how it came to this problem. He worked best. I made the move with the utmost caution.
I now see the only way to raise the sensor a bit (max 1mm), so that the nozzle comes down a bit.
Would you also try to solve the problem in this way or does someone have a better idea?
I do not want to send the printer to Nirvana.
