Printer Died
This is not a first print issue but a first nozzle change issue. I was moving the heater block, it just shut down and will not come back on. Any idea's what happened?
Yes it was on while I did this as the instructional video did not say to turn it off and I thought it needed to stay hot for putting in the new one.

Is any error message displayed. A MINTEMP error would indicate your thermistor wire broke, for example. Check the display after it shuts down and let us know of any message.
You can do a nozzle swap while heated and powered on, but YOU MUST BE CAREFUL not only because of shorts, but because the wires and mechanism are fragile.
The good news is that these are usually straightforward repairs. If under warranty, don't hesitate to log in to the online store and contact support via chat.

You likely shorted the 24v heater line with the wrench. If you're lucky, all it did was pop one or more of the automotive-style fuses on the Einsy; those can be replaced for a few cents from any local hardware store (5A/15A).
Measure the voltage on the terminals coming from the PSU at the bottom of the Einsy board. If you se 24V on both pairs, this is probably the cause. If you get NO voltage (with the PSU switched on, of course) then likely the fuse in the power supply itself has popped. It is a jellybean part to replace, but is more involved as it requires opening the PSU, which should not be done if you are not aware of the safety hazards of repairing/opening mains-powered devices.
If neither of those solve the issue then likely either the Einsy or PSU is cooked, depending on whether you do or do not get 24V out of the PSU.
