Misalignment of Z Axis Top Right by 2mm will create bad prints?

While assembling the i3 MK2 kit, I somehow had the z-axis-top-right part moved 2mm inside towards the print bed (refer Step 12 on Part 4 of the assembly manual). Link to the manual here: http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/4.+Z-axis+assembly/106

The worst part is... while trying to remove the M3x10 screws with 2.5mm hex spanner, I had the screw heads damaged. Two questions...

1) How to remove these two screws that have their heads damaged? I could not rotate these screws with the hex spanner.

2) Will this 2mm misalignment will have serious problems while calibrating and printing stuff? I'm worried whether this will create bad prints and whether the whole printer will go unusable!!

The printer is not yet fully assembled.. currently I'm on part 6 of 9 total parts in the assembly manual. Please refer these pictures for details.

Picture 1- misalignment by 2mm.
Picture 2 - screw heads damaged.
Picture 3 - front looks good though.

I wonder how this misalignment could happen? For me I think it is possible that the part is a misprint. BUT maybe only the edge, so the measurement is ok.

For a damaged hex screw:

Try some Torx bits or even a flathead. Work carefully with force.

You can also try to use some superglue to glue in your hex spanner and then after completely dry try to remove it. A filler (powder) will also help, best based on glass. To remove the spanner heat it up with a lighter.

Last resort is to use a dremel with a extra thin cut-off disc an dremel a slot into the screw head and then use a flat head. This could be tricky.

Or bore out the screw from behind, but this may cause damage in the threads but then you could use a nut and a longer screw after.

Thank you carsten.

Also, my question is.. can I continue to print with the 2mm misalignment of z-axis-right-top? Or whether I should solve this problem first before continuing with the rest of the assembly process?

Continuing with misalignment will create bad prints?
