Mesh bed levelling failed

Hey guys,

Need some advice and help.

Here is my issue. The mesh levelling always failed at point 3 and if it is able to clear point 3, it will fail at point 9.

The printer is printing absolutely fine printing the day before.

Of course it has failed the xyz calibration test as well and the link below is the video.

I have checked all the belt and pulleys are tight and alligned.

Thanks in advance

Re: Mesh bed levelling failed

The PINDA probe may have shifted or rattled loose.

I'd open the Rambo and check if all the connectors are seated properly.

And I'd check if any cables have been damaged by rubbing against moving parts repeatedly.

Ensure the nozzle is clean. Lower the probe slightly. Pre-heat the bed before starting the print, with the nozzle above 10 mm height.

Re: Mesh bed levelling failed

Thanks Peter for the advice, I have checked the Prusa technical support and they have advised that the problem is most likely duo to the heated bed malfunctioning.

It started as a failed in mesh bed levelling.

A test on end stop value was done. A metal object was placed under the PINDA probe and the end stop value (under calibration===> shows end stops) was recorded. If the z value changes from 0 to 1 when the probe is tested at different positions on the bed, it means there is nothing wrong.

And I am waiting confirmation from Don (technical support from Prusa) to reply and send me a replacement of the mk2 heated bed.
