Layer Shifts with Hilbert Curve

Hello,

I have an ~one year old Mk2s and I started recently using the Hilbert Curve.
When using it I get about 40% failed prints because of big layer shifts.

The layer shifts about ~20 - 40mm. It seems to shift right before a layer with the Hilbert Curve is printed.

Sometimes it is one layer shift on a 200mm high figure,
the next day it is a layer shift on a 2mm high coin.

So it seems to have nothing to do with the weight the printed has to "move"...

If someone has an idea, I would be really happy!

This sort of shift is usually a loose grub screw on the motor shaft pulley. It grips just enough to print - until it doesn't and skips off the flat. Check and tighten the grub screws on the axis that you are getting the shift on.

Not that? Next suspect is the belt - but that would usually give more frequent skips.
