First Prusa print issues
This is my first print from my first time putting together a 3d printer. I think it came out ok,but obviously it has some issues that I don't know how to troubleshoot. Can someone take a look and lead me in the right direction? I feel it might be a height issue, but I honestly don't know enough to give a good guess.

It's hard to tell from a photo, but it looks better than quite a few that are posted as a first print.
I'm not sure what you mean by a height issue.
RE: First Prusa print issues
The Prusa Logo is designed to be easy for a newly built printer with a novice owner, yours is pretty good for a first time.
The first layer calibration is the most important thing to nail at this stage; if you have problems with prints popping off the plate take a picture of your first layer and show us here.
Don't sweat the small stuff for the moment, aim to produce a few OK-ish workaday prints.
During the first few weeks of use the printer will run-in and settle its parts together; then you will have to go over the basic maintenance checks, lubricate and recalibrate. Even if you got everything dialled in perfectly today, it would all need re-doing.
Better to settle, temporarily, for a basic working printer and get some useful printing done, make your early mistakes, establish a routine and generally get used to the process. Then when you do your one month service you can take extra care knowing the new settings on your now stable printer are likely to last for several months.
Cheerio,

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll print the benchy tug boat and use that as a good early reference so I can check again after a month and see how things go. I'm just happy that it printed anything at this point really.

...and the Benchy is a really tricky print designed to test the printer's limits. Don't expect a perfect Benchy first time, or even first week..
