First layer issues

Hello,

I seem to be having bed leveling issues that are quite apparent in the first layer. I have checked the z-axis to make sure it is level. I also do not really know what to adjust since the printer has the auto bed-leveling feature. These pictures are of the same print, two objects. Both are showing disjointed lines towards the right end of the x-axis. Anyone else seen this or have any advice on what to look at? Thanks.

Christopher,

That does look a little weird.

1. What firmware are you running? If you are not using the latest firmware 3.0.6rc2 (download it here http://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/ ) and run X/Y calibration, then Z-calibration.
2. After that try increasing your flow rate in your lcd menu. Menu -> Settings -> Tune -> Flow. Increase it in increments of 10%. Dont forget to reduce it back to 100% once the first or second layer is done.

Re: First layer issues

I am running 3.0.6rc2 and I've successfully run XY calibration and z calibration. I will try increasing the flow for the first layer though to see what improvements I get.
