WIP Enclosure ready Heatbed Bracket

Old cable system was pinching in my enclosure so I tried the one in the Prusa enclosure post. That one had some snagging issues with extruder cables and large parts according to comments for part. So I designed one for my MK2.5 that takes advantage of the space below the RAMBo cover.
Benefits:

  • Clears my enclosure rear and sides.

  • Never conflicts with print area, printer or ground.

  • Uses hardware provided in original MK2S and MK2.5 parts bin.

  • Issues or Cons
  • Cable exit from bracket is 4mm too shallow colliding with frame.

  • Must print revised RAMBo cover and doors.

  • Area below RAMBo cover must be completely clear.

  • Other notes:
  • Heatbed cable replaced with 16AWG high flex silicone wires.

  • Thermistor given standard connector like sold with E3D Hot end thermistor kit.

    Workable build achieved.
It now completely clears the frame but sticks out 28mm aft of heatbed. It is also nearly as flat as original Prusa design.
I also added a standard thermistor connector bay due to an accident that damaged the stock wire.
