Hold up... On closer inspection the hole for the endstop-block still seems to be there on my MK3S+... It seems I just need to print another one for the MK2.5S? Am I missing something? 🤷‍♂️

Yes, the MK3S+ X carriage seems identical to the MK2.5S one, the hole exists and the end stop block fits it perfectly.

Also, the X axis motor holder / adjuster I modified fits well and the endstop switch works as expected.

I found this out today as I reprinted the X carriage, X carriage back cover and cable guide out of ASA because the PETG ones got kind of melty when my hotend heater wiring failed near the heater a couple of months ago.  It continued to work well after repairing the heater wiring but I figured it was time for inspection and maintenance as I recently ran a fairly large project.

While I had it apart, I went ahead and replaced the X axis motor and idler ends with MK3S+ ones with the idler side modified for a 5mm bore idler running on 5mm tubing and the motor end modified for an end stop switch.
