Octoprint pauses/stuttering problems continue...
MANY people are having the same problem so it's not just me. People are seeing the issue when running all different models of RPI as well as those of us running Octo4a on Android. I've tried every suggestion that has been proposed. Safe mode doesn't fix it, no plugins like Arcwelder or Meatpack fix it, there are no transmission/resend ratio errors, the only thing that fixes it is to run the file from the SD card, which kind of defeats the whole point of Octoprint. I've repeated the experiment several times now...always the same result. Prints I run through Octoprint randomly pause and stutter causing blobs and other output problems. Take the SAME EXACT FILE and run it from the SD card and the problems vanish and you get a perfect print. VERY frustrating and making Octoprint basically pretty useless. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes, it's interesting. I was going to suggest that the usual reason gross problems like this, is a bad plugin but as the OP stated that he had tried safe mode it can't be that. So my next guess would be comms errors. Another possibility is Octo4a, running on hardware that can't keep up.
IIRC the last time this kind of problem was reported across a range of printers, it was a problem with lapse.
@Sebbl2 if you are experiencing similar problems I suggest you post on the Octoprint forum, don't forget to include the required logs.

I will start making detective work for myself first. Starting with a new a lot shorter usb cable. And afterward a new installation. Then I check the logs

If someone is interested in the solution: shut off psu power plugin. Everything works ever since.

Pretty stupid of me, I assumed you'd tried safe mode. To anyone who stumbles on this thread, safe mode runs Octoprint with plugins disabled. It seems that the vast majority of problems are caused by either defective plugins or an interaction between plugins.
