Taulman T-Glase printing problems
Hi, I'm having trouble with the T-glase getting clogged(I guess) in the extruder. I can get the print to stick to the bed and print just fine but after an hour or two of printing it just stops extruding so I started to play with the settings and had a few questions. I'm using the standard settings inside Prusa slicer 2.10 for Taulman T-Glase, when I read the instructions for printing from Taulman they say use 3-4mm retraction but is that in the filament settings or the printer settings and is it for retraction length or Z lift?
I'm guessing the extruder is clogging although I don't have to clean the nozzle to get filament to extrude out when I restart the print so I'm not sure what it's doing. I normally just use the presets and haven't really messed with the settings so I'm just kind of fumbling about.
Thanks for any advice.

RE: Taulman T-Glase printing problems
I don't have any photos, I tried the 240 preset and I also tried 245 with no luck. I also went into the live tune settings and set the speed at 50 for both of those temps.
I tried the settings from this post and the print stuck to the nozzle after a short time.
The first print was doing pretty well at 240 and then about half way through the print it just stopped extruding, I have been trying to figure out where to input the 3-4mm retraction setting from the Taulman website but haven't really played with settings before and I'm sure about how to do it.

Take your bed and clean it with dish soap and warm water, using a soft sponge or something non-abrasive. Alchohol works for spot cleans, but it's always good to get a good clean on it with a grease busting soap (imo). I had the same issue and this fixed it.

I got it figured out, I didn't have any problem with it not sticking to the plate, The nozzle kept catching on the print and pulling it up. I had to slow it way down to 15mm sec and add 3mm retraction to get it to print but the biggest problem was I think the filament was getting stuck while unwinding from the spool so it would stop extruding. I unwound about 40 feet of the spool and rewound it and I haven't had a problem since doing so.

Glad you got it working! Have you been able to print a decent benchy with it? My Benchy's are struggling with T-Glase.
