Strange unwanted bulge on my print

Strange unwanted bulge on my print. It appeared after I added structure to strengthen the poke and to print without supports. I can also see a small dent inside the thing. In the cutaway picture you can see that the walls should be straight. I do not notice this bulge in the slicer file. I have the latest FW on my printer. What can be causing this?
Pictures are posted on FB page https://www.facebook.com/groups/Prusai3users/permalink/1116280551889758/

I got rid of the bulge by using std setting ie. only 2 perimeters. Then it printed nicely. Bulge comes when I use more than 2 perimeters and no infill is needed.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like the bulge on the outer layers occurs where the top of the part -- the horizontal surface -- starts.

Looking at your cross-section pic, the part has a rounded inward curve at the point of the bulge. Depending on your slicer, the slicer might be inserting additional perimeters there to ensure wall thickness as less and less of each layer can be printed on the layer below. The part is also thickest at that area. This, plus any infill or other settings you're using, might be adding more material in that area than you expect. Try replacing the inside fillet with a chamfer. If you're using support anyhow, just square it off on the inside or reduce that fillet.

If you care to upload the STL and gcode here (attach them as .zip files using the button below) we might be able to help more.
