Slight issues with overhang and corners

Hi everyone,

on the occasional part i get problems if a part has an overhand and a corner combined in to one. The funny thing is, it is reproducible with an part, but in the part itself not consistent. I have attached an example of what i mean.

Does anybody have an idea, as to what the reason could be? It bugs me, because the print is otherwise flawless...

You might try moving the seam but stopping and starting a new layer in an overhang is always going to involve trying to print tiny fragments in thin air...

But this level of blemish is easily removed as part of the routine post print cleanup,; a quick pass with a sanding block or a needle file will tidy it.

Cheerio,
