holes in a perfect slicing

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to print a lithophane and I got a strange problem with Prusa Slic3r 1.41.2.

Preamble:
I've printed many object with a 0.4 nozzle, setting every perimeter's tickness to 0.4 (changing the default settings), getting perfect prints.
I've printed many object with a 0.25 nozzle, setting every perimeter's tickness to 0.25 (changing the default settings), getting perfect prints.

Today I get this problem:
if I put the object on the bed, Slic3r slices it very well. But, if I put it vertically, just like every other lithophane I made (and just like everyone does), Slic3r slices it almost-well, that's to say: on the right side, in almost every layer, it generates holes. Object's thickness is 0.8 for the base. The printer does it very well, but generates (just like in the slicer) holes on the right sides.
you can ceck it in the attached pics.
In the last one, you can see the same point, in every layer, getting very thin, so I think Slic3r cannot generate lines, then I get holes. I generate the lithophane on line. Is it, maybe, a problem of the site in your opinion?
thanks a lot

Re: holes in a perfect slicing

update:
the stl file is perfect, no hole in it.
In fact, it should generate holes also when I slice it flat on the bed, but not happens. Generates hole only in vertical position..

Problem solved.
I tried with another site and it generated a better pithophane. Problem was in it.
Anyway, thanks for your answer!
