Extra Material on the Bottoms

I keep getting infill that renders outside of my part - or at least overlapping with the bottom walls.

The first time I saw it was when I set overlap to >25%, but this doesn't seem to be effected by that.

You can see there's material deposited that doesn't make a lot of sense.

Here's a view from the bottom:

It could be stuff that's supposed to be "inside" rendering too fat and showing on the outside, but it's hard to tell.

It DOES scale with Bridge Flow Ratio, getting fatter when set to 2, the lines get fatter.

When I ALSO enable Detect Bridging Perimeters, the lines are hidden by the bottom lines, also rendered fat:

You can see the object in the rear has swollen bottom extrusions which better hides the swollen infill.
