Z calibration failing

I know there are a lot of topics for this issue, but none of them helped. Here is mine:

I had a 2.5S/MMU2S up and working fine. Recognized small amount of filament dropping at the hotend after around 50 hours of printing and therefore fastened the nozzle. Then I re-calibrated the Superpinda using a ZIP as recommended. After this I wanted to calibrate Z again. This resulted in a error at Point 3. The check runs fine on point 1 and 2, at Point 3 the nozzle crashes into the bed and the display is showing "sensor not activated" (German: Sensor nicht ausgeloest).

What I did already:

- Firmware is up to date

- Superpinda re-calibrated again and again

- checked the hotend sitting in its needed place

- checked and re-fastened the screws of the bed

- cleaned and oiled the z axis

- Pinda is working (checked in Sensor Info)

It's strange that it worked without any problems before. I really only fastened the nozzle. Also point 1 and 2 are working, the at 3 it crashes the bed.

Thanks for help!!
