Y Axis rams into homming switch

Hey,

I have an almost two year old, preassembled mk2s. For a few weeks now the y-axis has been crashing into the switch when doing the homing, without actually being able to hit the switch at first try, at least sometimes. The stepper keeps trying to move the bed to to the home position and eventually the switch triggers, but it takes 1 or 2 seconds. If I move the bed manually I can hit the switch with out problems. Sometimes (but not to often), the homing sequence also works without this issue.

Today I tried to first tighten the y axis belt, then I loosened it again, but the issue is still here. The switch works fine, since as mentioned the homing does kind of work. I also measured the switch with a multi meter, but couldn't find any problems. The 3d printed piece on the bed, that should hit the switch also looks fine as far as I can tell, so I'm kind of out of ideas what could be wrong. :/

Has anyone experienced this before? Or does someone has a tip how to further debug the issue?

Thanks in advance!
