x-axis suddenly drives several inches over
I just put together my new i3 MK3 kit (new to 3D printing). Went through calibration, everything checked out fine. Started my first test print. It was printing very well, no issues, when about 45 minutes in the x-motor drove the extruder over about 6 inches and then continued the print. I canceled the print, and attempted to recalibrate, and it errored. So I restarted with the wizard. This time, went through calibration again without an issue. But when it started printing the lines for z-axis calibration, after the first couple of lines the x-axis again drove way over to the right (stage left) and started grinding against the frame until I shut it off.
I've searched, and can't find a reference for this type of issue in the forums. It may just be that I don't know what to search for.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
Re: x-axis suddenly drives several inches over
Also just realized I posted this under the wrong model section and issue type. Can't see where I can move it, hopefully a moderator can help get this post where it should be. My apologies.

Re: x-axis suddenly drives several inches over
possible problems are.
Loose x axis connector.
loose x axis grub screw on to belt drive to servo.
Sticking x axis bearings: either problem with bearings or rods not aligned.
X axis belt too tight or to loose.
If you go into the printer menu under settings you can manually move the axis servos. you can not drive them below 0.00mm shown on the display unless its the extruder.

I can't seem to find the live support number or chat link. I went through the help section, and can only find where you can email. I'm sure it's there somewhere and I'm missing it.
