Upgrade to 3.8.1 broke fan?!
Hey all. So, I bought my Mk2.5 in october of 2018. It's been printing flawlessly since then, so I haven't bothered with updating firmware or anything. If it aint broke, don't fix it, as they say. Well, I was sitting idle one evening and decided to just do it, so I flashed the firmware to the latest 3.8.1 version. And lo and behold, suddenly the left hotend fan is not spinning, and the printer fails its self test.
I'm thinking, maybe the fan was broken before the update, but the old firmware didn't check it. Either that or this is just the mother of all coincidences.
Any ideas? I'd buy a new fan, but the fact that it happened right after the first ever firmware update I did makes me not convinced it's a hardware issue. Any suggestions for good replacement fans?

I am dumb as bricks man. I just looked up the confirmation email from when I ordered the printer.

All this time I thought I had the MK2.5s. I downloaded the wrong firmware. I will try to flash it using the correct firmware during lunch, and see if that helps at all.
