Printer Stops in Front Left Corner - Revisited

I've searched this subject and none of the other posts fixed my problem

I have multiple Prusa Printers . I have a MK2.5S set up in an enclosure specifically for ABS and I have been printing many small ABS parts in a production setting successfully for about a year. 3 days ago I ran into an issue where the printer stops in the front left corner after pre-print calibration. This happens with with recently created GCode files. When it stops the temps remains correct but the SD% works up to 100% and then ends. I have tried the following suggestions that I found in other posts without a successful solution.

- Remade the GCode many times
- upgrade firmware to version 3.5.3
- upgrade Slic3r to version 1.41.3+win64 after fully uninstalling past versions
- Preheated to ABS temp and wiggled the bed wires looking for a poor connection
- I can print PLA and old ABS Gcode without a problem
- If I remake the problem Gcode it will print once and then won't work the next day - this has happened twice
- I am also experiencing the "min bed temp" bug with the new firmware when starting up in the morning
- just before this started I got a "bed temp error" but haven't seen that since

My only other ideas:

- reload the firmware
- install new thermistor even though the temps are stable???
- complete reset and re-calibration
- throw it off a cliff and go fishing

I'm really at the end of my patience with this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Today I noticed an additional phenomenon - if I print a PLA Gcode file or old ABS Gcode file that works, then I can print the newer problem ABS Gcode file successfully.

I feel like the "min bed temp" bug in the new firmware is somehow stopping the newer Gcode files from printing - but this all started with the older firmware and Slic3r so.....what now?

Additional update - I have been able to print the last two mornings without issue again. When I first get the "min bed temp" error during preheat I press reset and then start the preheat over again. If you just re-start the preheat without pressing the reset button the printer will stall in the corner after calibration - over and over and over. very simple solution.

I have the same problem. A few days ago I printed something in PETG without problems but during assembly one of the parts got messed up so I had to print that again. Since I only needed that one part, I wanted to slice that again. On opening Slic3r I got a message that new profiles were available and clicked OK. The newly sliced part won't print past the first 12 layers or so. The print will stop with a bed heating error. If I start it again without doing a reset first, the extruder will remain in the lower left corner. Reslicing doesn't help, but the old gcode with both parts still prints fine, so I think it might be a Slic3r problem. Maybe some bad code.

If someone with more gcode experience wants to take a look at the files to see if something is wrong with the new one, just message me.

I just tested an idea and it worked out fine. So the Silc3r standard for PETG is 85°C bedtemp for the first layer and 90°C for the rest. The prints always failed after the first few layers so I thought the the printer might not get a command to increse bedtemp and I sliced the part with 85°C for all layers and it printed fine.
My assumption is, that slic3r suddenly creates gcode that tells the printer what temps it needs but doesn't give the command to heat up after the first layer. So when the printer realises that it can't reach the target temp it shuts down for safety reasons.
