Power supply problems since 2.5 upgrade

I installed the 2.5 upgrade onto my MK2S yesterday. Since then, I've been experiencing what I believe is a power supply problem.

It seems worse when everything's cold. It manifests when I start a print, or just use the Preheat option in the menu.

When it's in a bad state, the printer display will cut out, then will show the usual startup squares, then sorting files. So it appears that the printer reboots. This is seems directly related to turning on both the bed and the hot end at the same time. If I warm up the hot end, then start the bed, it will likely be OK.

I also have an LED light, and a Raspberry PI running off a usb adapter that's hooked into the 12V power from the PS. It's more likely to happen with these connected but happens sometimes with them both unplugged.

I changed the Startup Gcode to delay the nozzle heat up for a few seconds after the bed starts heating and this may have helped during actual print startups but I'm certain it's not a complete cure as I'd like to be able to reliably use the preheat function.

When it reboots, and the PI is plugged in, the PI does not also reboot so the lowered voltage is not enough to affect the PI. The LED light does flicker off then on when this occurs.

The printer works, prints well etc. This is only causing a problem when starting. I assume the combination of cold bed, cold nozzle, cold PS, and sudden large power draw is what's causing this. I have not yet seen the problem once things are warm but I can't yet rule out the possibility.

Since the 2.5 upgrade consists primarily of a new bed, my guess is that this bed must be drawing a bit more current than the old bed. In case it's not obvious, this never happened before the upgrade.

Has anyone seen anything like this? Does the new bed draw more current? I tried measuring the resistance of the bed but my meter is not very accurate at low resistance measurements.

I do not believe the Prusa PSU is capable of running either of these things in addition to the printer itself. The Pi alone can take a surprising amount of power.

You may very well be correct, but it's been working flawlessly for almost a year until the 2.5 upgrade. And, the problem still occurs with both devices disconnected although less consistently.
