Noise coming from extruder gear
Hello,
I noticed that my extruder was making a noise when moving thru the X-axis. First I thought it was the springs that hold the second bondtech gear that could be "loose" when no filament loaded. But with filament loaded the problem stood. So finally I found that the problem was the bondtech gear itself (the outer one) that even with strong pressure from the springs and filament loaded it was vibrating in the shaft.
Does anyone has had this issue?

This Weekend i finished my upgrade to the MK2.5
while the fist prints I recognized a vibrating noise. At the moment I think it comes from the Extruder, because the retract affected the noise.

you have seen the gear vibrating? Or you just guess it is vibrating?
