Missing part
I can only find 1 translucent M3 washer in the E-Axis parts - is it an off the shelf thicknes that I might be able to find at a hardware store or can you mail me one?

there should be a spare one in the spare parts bag...
if not use the Chat window in the eShop page to talk directly to Prusa Support.
they rarely look here, so probably won't see your request.

I started building my first prusa kit tonight. I was also missing the translucent washers from the extruder bag. There were some extras in the spare parts kit. The next thing I am missing is an extruder spring. My kit only came with one and there is no spare. This is my 7th 3-D printer build, but my first Prusa. The mk3 kit was packaged better than any other 3d printers I have built, but I am discouraged I am 1/3 of the way through the build process and have already had to dig into the spares multiple times and I have parts that are missing with no spare.
I have built a makerfarm, a Rostock , and 4 CR-10s without any missing parts. They build a resume tomorrow and I hope I am not missing anything else.

I found that most of the "missing" parts I had mislaid or had buried the bag of parts under somthing else. I was able to replace the washers from the local hardware store - got a f ew of them to be safe and to use the same size washer on both locations. They have been really well packaged, you may find the other spring somewhere else (maybe the floor?). Good luck!
