Hi
Since I update to the last firmware, I get MINTEMP errors.
Anybody else facing this ? Is there any solution ?
Thanks
Pierre

Hi Pierre,

what is the ambient temperature in your room?

Very low temperatures say below 15C or 59F... can cause mintemp errors in a good printer,

alternatively, I broken thermistor wire, can also cause a mintemp error

you could reload an earlier version of firmware and monitor room temperature to confirm whether this issue is truly firmware related, or temperature related or hardware related.

Hi

I too have min temp errors, every time I try to print - since Firmware 3.5.2, my printer is kept is a spare bedroom with room temperature at 19C. Since updating to the 3.5.1 RC or 3.5.2 I I have noticed this behaviour, after resetting the printer it behaves normally. There is a bug report on this.

Hi Jorge,
Reset also mean XYZ calibration 🙄 I don't know why I'm always afraid of this... probably because long time ago that makes the head crash on the bed 😆
Anyway, I check my thermistor and I was able to finish a 4h print without any issues. This MINTEMP error only happen the first time I preheat... I will go for a reset.
Do you have a link for this bug ?
Thanks

Pierre

Hi - by reset I mean just turn off and back on or hit the reset button. Not sure what this "useful" check/feature this is about...
