Loose heat break/block on MK2.5s, what is the best way to approach this?

Hi everyone, I have a loose heatbreak and I'm not sure the best way to approach fixing it. Does anyone know of a good guide for disassembling the hot end and replacing/fixing this part?

The heatbreak is tight in the heat block but not the upper part of the hotend.

I remember when I went from Mk2 to Mk2.5s it was loose like this but I was too lazy to disassemble it all and the print quality didn't seem affected by it.

I'm having some issues with print quality so I want to go through a refresh of cleaning/refitting things to get it back like new and It's a little daunting to start pulling parts off. Can anyone provide some advice on how best to approach this? Here is a video showing how wiggly it is. https://photos.app.goo.gl/e7kdYL7duW4jJEoU9

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.
