Inconsistent first layer height - shifting of 50 microns back and forth

Dear comunity,

maybe soneone here can help me. I recently upgraded to a MK2.5S and have the problem that I always need to re-adjust the Z Level - sometimes -1.300 is good, then in one of the next runs the filament is pressed too hard into the bed and I need to move the nozzle just a tiny bit higher by adjusting to -1.250, then in one of the next prints I get gaps and need to lower the nozzle again by going back to -1.300 and so on. I can't see any reason for this, it's always the same sheet. During a print it's consistent, but not between prints. It's always the same range though (-1.300 and -1.250). I tried already upgrading the firmware to version 3.9-RC1, but this did not resolve this either. Can anybody give me a hint on what I could look for?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
