Firmware bug in temp calibration?
If you run a temp calibration, the firmware currently asks you if the steel sheet is on. Hitting yes tells you to remove the steel sheet, but doesn't lift the z-axis so that you can do so. If you remove the steel sheet before selecting temp calibration, and then tell the firmware that the steel sheet is not on, the nozzle gets moved down until it's pressing into the heatbed and then starts moving the y-axis even though the nozzle is already pressing into the bed.
Re: Firmware bug in temp calibration?
sounds like it, you could post an issue to github so it gets noticed faster....
Re: Firmware bug in temp calibration?
Did you post a bug?
I am now worried that my nice new print bed (when it arrives!) will be gouged when I am setting it up...

Looks like the released version of 3.1.3 (as opposed to the RC1 version of 3.1.3) has fixed this based on the description, though I haven't tested it again yet.
Re: Firmware bug in temp calibration?
Thanks very much - yes, it looks like this issue has been resolved, I guess I'll find out!
