Filament Jam but nozzle is clean

I have filament jam before but this one is unusual, I can't seem to fix this.

What I've done

- Try manualy pushing the fillament in, notting comes out

- Try raising the hotend temperature up to 285 degree wait 5min, and push the filament, bubble comes out but no fillament

- Try Dissemble the Extruder and replacing the PTFE tube in the E3Dv6 Hotend, the PTFE tube is perfectly fine, no sign any jam in the tube

- Try changing the nozzle to a new one , no effect

- Try to push the filament through with out the nozzle, can't push through something is jamming in there

- the lenght of the filament that goes through seems to end at the heatbreak

Best Answer by SiwatS:

the LCD is now working again I don't know what i did but it's working again

New issue, I snapped the heater cartage cable

Is it better Now If just buy a new e3d v6 hotend?

And where the jam exactly is? You wrote it is not nozzle, not PTFE. If you disassembled the extruder and removed PTFE tube, should should be able to see where it is. So it is the heat break?

It's the heatbreak, but I got  a bigger problem now, the LCD screen just stopeed working, backlight still on, no charactor, some time the number 2 shows up on the whole screen, I tried reseating the LCD ribbon cable, reflash the firmware, I probe the ribbon cable and all of the conductor are fine, I can't connect to the printer via serial (I tried putty and Pronterface) to control it but I can use PrusaSlicer to flash firmware

And are you sure that you flashed the right FW? Do you have MK2.5 or MK2.5s? The firmwares are different.

When exactly the LCD stopped to work, what had you done just before?

a new hot end is an expensive solution, BUT...
if you buy a new hot end and spare heater, thermistor and ptfe, you can change out your hot end to get back in business, then repair the old one whilst your print is running, so that you have a standby immediately available!

That sort of thinking leads to buying a 2nd printer... as a spare, of course.

Also - if you buy the standard E3D-V6 hot end then you aren't getting the Prusa changes:  heat break that jams, 40w heater, proper cable lengths and terminations, etc.

Did you check the bed levelling calibration?

If not then please check and see, it should be calibrated to avoid filament jam.
