Extrusion problems after 2.5 upgrade
I'm looking for some ideas on what to try next. I've just recently upgraded my MK2s, to a 2.5 after having the upgrade kit on the shelf for months. The Mk2 I assembled myself and it worked like a dream. I performed the upgrade and since then I've had ongoing difficulties with extrusion.
Here's is an example
The red circles are parts that didn't extrude during the 1st layer, and the yellow during the 2nd layer.
Things I've tried/tested
-different filament (3 different ones)
-different temperatures tried 20C swing
-tightening the extruder idler screws
-loosening the extrude idler screws
-cold pull
-cleaning the extruder, verified multiple times that it's not a blockage.
-alignment of the gears
-different models
-different filament profiles for PLA
-slowing print speed
I'm at a loss for what to try next beside downgrading and removing the 2.5 upgrade. Any ideas?
