Can't update firmware - ser_send(): size/send mismatch

Hi there,

I'm on Windows 10. My MK2.5s is connected to my PC via USB on COM3 and I can see it listed in my device manager.

I've updated Prusa Slicr to 2.2. However whenever I try to flash the printer with 3.9.1 I get a host of errors (shown below).

I've never run into this issue before. I'm not running any other programs when I try to update.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thank you,

Ted

Hello and welcome to the Prusaforum!

Possibly something else is accessing the usb port. I would disable bluetooth or similar, maybe change the com port and start the slicer as admin.

Hello. I had the same issue here and fixed it by turning off bluetooth during the flash. This info should be added in the pdf doc with the firware update procecure I think...
