All of a sudden failure!!!
I just finished a print and it went off without a hitch. i set up for another one and as i was sitting next to my printer as it was going i suddenly heard a massive skip on the y axis!! No clue as to why it did it but alas it did. so i killed the print and re-predded the printer to start over. ran for a few minutes and did it again.
So i decided to run a self test on it and it now constantly fails on the y axis with an Y axis failed pully loose. I double checked the tension and it felt fine but i decided to tighten it a little to make sure but it is still doing the same thing. I moved the bed all the way forward and ran the test and noticed that the axis was making a sputtering noise. then once it hits the endstop it kicks forward and and the motor slips to cause a failure again.
